We offer the following types of evaluations:

• Extreme Hardship - this evaluation aims to provide evidence on how the absence of the noncitizen will impact the US citizen if the noncitizen was not allowed to return to the US or if they had to be away for a long period of time. We  gather information that shows to the court that this disruption to the daily routine can cause emotional, financial and medical concerns.

• U-visa-this particular visa is set aside for victims of certain crimes who have suffered mental or physical abuse and are helpful to law enforcement or government officials in the investigation or prosecution of criminal activity. Through the evaluation we aim to show how the particular crime has impacted the nonimmigrants mental health and well being. 

• VAWA-stands for the Violence Against Women Act, which was passed by Congress in 1994. One thing VAWA did was create a special route to lawful immigration status for victims of domestic abuse who normally must rely on their abusers to file for status for them. Through our evaluaiton we aim to establish a compelling case that shows instance or instances of abuse and the effects.

Ofrecemos las siguientes tipos de evaluaciones:

• Dificultades extremas: esta evaluación tiene como objetivo proporcionar evidencia sobre cómo la ausencia del no ciudadano afectará al ciudadano estadounidense si no se le permite regresar a los EE. UU. o si tuvo que estar fuera por un largo período de tiempo. Recopilamos información que le muestra al tribunal que esta interrupción de la rutina diaria puede causar alteraciones emocionales, financieras y médicas.

• Visa U: esta visa en particular está reservada para víctimas de ciertos delitos que han sufrido abuso mental o físico y son útiles para las fuerzas del orden público o los funcionarios gubernamentales en la investigación o enjuiciamiento de actividades delictivas. A través de la evaluación, nuestro objetivo es mostrar cómo el delito en particular ha afectado la salud mental y el bienestar de los no inmigrantes.

• VAWA: significa Ley de Violencia contra la Mujer, que fue aprobada por el Congreso en 1994. Una cosa que hizo VAWA fue crear una ruta especial hacia el estatus migratorio legal para las víctimas de abuso doméstico que normalmente deben confiar en sus abusadores para solicitar el estatus por ellas. A través de nuestra evaluación, nuestro objetivo es establecer un caso convincente que muestre instancia o instancias de abuso y los efectos.
